Our Vision for Reconciliation

About GW  Our Vision for Reconciliation

Our Commitment to Reconciliation

At Greaseworks, we respect the enduring connection Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander peoples have with Country across Australia. Our work in agriculture, construction, and regional industry takes place on land cared for over tens of thousands of years.

Powered by South Coast Track Repairs, we are a practical, community-driven business. Reconciliation is not symbolic for us — it informs how we operate, who we work with, and the responsibility we carry.

Our Commitment Includes:

  • Respect for Country: We acknowledge the Traditional Owners and Custodians of the lands where we operate and pay our respects to Elders past and present.
  • Learning: We continue to build our understanding of Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander histories and cultures.
  • Economic Participation: We aim to engage Indigenous businesses and contribute positively to the communities in which we work.
  • Opportunity: We explore training, apprenticeship, and employment pathways within trades and mechanical services.

Reconciliation reflects the same values that guide our work — accountability, consistency, and long-term responsibility.

Greaseworks — Supporting Industry. Respecting Country. Building the Future.
